By train

The route Lodz – Poznan: Get off at the station Zdunska Wola, then get in the bus No. 1, 5 or 6 in the direction Lesmian or Sedziejowice (bus stop on the left when you exit the station) – see this place on Google Street View;

The route Krak0w – Gdynia: Get off at the station Zdunska Wola Karsznice, then enter the bus number 5, 6, or Z direction Lesmian or Sedziejowice (after exiting the station, cross the street, the bus towards the East) – see it in Google Street View.

By bus

Coming from the center of Zdunska Wola:

line 1, direction Lesmian – get off at the stop 1st May street (1 Maja) / Karsznicka;
line 5, direction Sedziejowice – get off at the stop Lesmian street;
line 6, direction Lesmian – get off at the stop Lesmian street;
line Z direction Lesmian – get off at the stop Lesmian street.

After leaving the bus:

• with a stop at the corner of 1st of May and Karsznicka street (line 1) – Go to the east, turn right onto Karsznicka street – see Google Street View (there’s no bus stop on the picture yet), then take a left onto the viaduct, after passing the viaduct turn right into Kolejowa street, then you get to the Museum gate;
• with a stop on the Leśmian street (line 5, 6, Z) – go in an east direction towards the viaduct – see Google Street View, go straight through the intersection with the street Karsznicka, followed by a viaduct over the railway line, pass the viaduct and turn right Kolejowa street, then you get to the Museum gate.

By car

Driving from the east from Lask, Pabianice towards Zdunska Wola center and Sieradz (former national road 12/14) – right behind the sign indicating the entry to Zduńska Wola you pass through the overpass, turn left into Karsznicka street (see). At this junction you will see steam locomotive Px48. Going further down the Karsznicka street to the east you get to the intersection with the Lesmian street (see), turn left at the overpass over the railway line, then turn right into Kolejowa street (see). Soon you will see the open-air museum gate (see).

Driving from the west, from Zdunska Wola center towards Lask, Pabianice (former national road 12/14) – before leaving Zduńska Wola, on the right you will see steam locomotive Px-48. Before it, turn right into Karsznicka street (see). Going further down the street Karsznicka eastward reach the intersection with the Lesmian street (see), turn left at the overpass over the railway line, then turn right into Kolejowa street (see). Soon you will see blue gate of the open-air museum (see).
